In March 2025, Foley proudly supported the Maryland Department of Commerce during its trade mission to the Avalon International Airshow—one of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest defence and aerospace exhibitions.
Eight innovative Maryland-based companies participated, showcasing technologies in autonomous systems, quantum materials, defence manufacturing, and deployable communications. Foley coordinated over 85 B2B meetings by contacting 187 Australian organisations, connecting U.S. firms with key defence primes, research institutions, and strategic industry partners.
From tailored market entry strategies to on-the-ground support, Foley ensured each company was positioned for success. The mission generated strong commercial interest and laid the foundation for future collaborations across the U.S.–Australia defence corridor.
