Ruth has more than more than 20 years private sector experience in investment banking, chartered accounting, business valuations and due diligence, and running businesses customer requirements, funding bids, governance and reporting, and finance and economics.
Ruth holds a deep understanding of the economics of industries and infrastructure through corporate finance experience in a wide range of public and private infrastructure advisory and transactional roles in the private sector: economic drivers, business benefits and valuations, formulation and articulation of business case arguments for investment.
Also, with 9 years in Senior Positions at the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW, providing economic and regulatory analysis and competition policy on best practice in implementation of government policy, in particular gas and electricity transmission and distribution access and pricing, and water and public transport pricing.
